VP Finance (F/M)

About the role

MyC is scaling its cloud‑native Enterprise Health platform across Europe, the Middle East and North America. As the first full‑time VP of Finance, you will partner with the founders and senior leadership to build a robust financial function that supports rapid growth and prepares the company for the next funding milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Design, monitor and optimise the annual budget, business plan and rolling forecasts.
• Produce reliable monthly P&L and cash‑flow statements and maintain dashboards with key performance indicators.
• Prepare financial analyses and presentations for the Board, investors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage daily cash flow, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections and credit risk.
• Oversee accounts payable, expenditure planning and ensure runway security.
• Coordinate with external accounting firms to guarantee timely month‑end and year‑end closings, tax compliance and filing of VAT, local business taxes and SaaS‑specific taxes.
• Identify and secure grants, subsidies and future financing needs.

Required profile

• Senior finance professional with experience in high‑growth, SaaS or health‑tech environments.
• Proven ability to act as a “player‑coach”, combining strategic insight with hands‑on execution.
• Track record of building finance teams or managing external advisors.
• Comfortable working closely with founders, investors and board members.
