Volunteer Grant Writer & Lead Fundraiser for Food Security Expansion

About the role

This volunteer position supports RADIKAL’s expansion of an innovative food‑security system in Haiti. You will lead grant‑writing and fundraising efforts to secure blended‑finance capital for a $10 M regional infrastructure network.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential philanthropy, institutional donors (e.g., IDB Lab) and private impact funds.
• Draft high‑stakes grant proposals, investment teasers and budget justifications.
• Coordinate with the executive team to refine the pitch for “Stability‑as‑a‑Service.”
• Provide narrative support that de‑risks the ecosystem and attracts first‑loss capital.

Required profile

• Experience with blended‑finance or multi‑layer capital stacks (grants, debt, equity).
• Strong technical writing ability to translate complex operations and fintech metrics into compelling donor narratives.
• Proven relationship‑management skills for navigating donor and institutional bureaucracy.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
