Senior Field Marketing Lead – Demand Generation

About the role

Forterro is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Senior Field Marketing Lead to drive demand generation for its Windows & Doors portfolio in France. You will shape growth initiatives, collaborate closely with sales and internal teams, and translate data insights into measurable marketing actions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that acquire new customers and generate pipeline aligned with regional business goals.
• Own the demand‑generation funnel, creating buyer journeys and optimizing conversion rates through KPI‑driven analysis.
• Manage the NSS budget, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
• Partner with Content Marketing, Digital, BDRs, SEO/SEA colleagues and external agencies to ensure coherent strategy.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales targets, ensuring smooth lead hand‑over and follow‑up.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and customer insights to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, CRM, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the software industry with a strong digital focus.
• Excellent analytical mindset, self‑driven and structured work approach.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken); additional European language is a plus.
• Prior people‑management experience is desirable.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
