Visual Merchandising Internship – Europe

About the role

The Visual Merchandising Internship for Europe supports Tiffany & Co.'s brand story across the region by coordinating and adapting visual merchandising initiatives. Working closely with VM Market Leads, the intern helps ensure stores present merchandise in a bold, cohesive, and commercially effective way.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate market and global VM initiatives that drive sales.
• Collect feedback from VM Market Leads and understand market‑specific merchandise nuances.
• Support ordering, logistics, and installation of creative campaign materials for all stores.
• Track installation challenges, damages, and missing collateral, and coordinate necessary changes.
• Update floorplans in the global system and monitor floor moves.
• Assist with replenishment orders and invoice follow‑up.
• Support new store openings and in‑store activations, including pop‑ups and events.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in visual merchandising or luxury retail preferred.
• Exceptional organisational and communication abilities.
• Ambitious, flexible, outgoing and enthusiastic attitude.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when required.
• Fluent in English and the local market language.

• Outlook/email communication skills.
