UK Content Specialist

About the role

Bump is looking for an ambitious, growth-obsessed Content Specialist to bring UK internet culture into its Paris office and lead all content and creator efforts for the UK market. The goal is to take Bump to #1 on the App Store in the UK and keep it there. The role is full-time and requires working in person in Paris.

Key responsibilities

• Own the UK market and grow Bump there.
• Create high-performing TikToks, Reels and UGC-style ads.
• Build and manage a pipeline of British creators and run influencer campaigns with top British creators and micro-influencers.
• Write briefs, give feedback and help external creators deliver strong content.
• Work closely with paid marketing to turn great content into performance results.
• Jump on trends early and write creative briefs and notes.
• Collaborate daily in the Paris office with growth, distribution and product teams, and join brainstorms to shape the creative direction.
• Support launches, events and UK-focused activations.

Required profile

• 1-5+ years making short-form content (brand, agency, influencer or creator, regardless of title).
• Experience making content for ads, especially UGC.
• Experience managing creators or giving creative feedback.
• Deep knowledge of TikTok and Instagram trends and the British creator landscape.
• Fluent English and experience living in the UK.
• Willingness to work in person in Paris.
