Traveling Telecom Technician

About the role

Azurreo is seeking a Traveling Telecom Technician to join its Field Operations team in France. The position is field‑based, requiring frequent travel across France and internationally to install, configure, test, troubleshoot, and maintain telecom and network equipment at customer sites.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and integrate routers, switches, servers and related telecom infrastructure.
• Participate in deployment and commissioning of telecom sites, data centres and technical environments.
• Perform installation testing, validation and operational checks to ensure service readiness.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents and equipment failures on‑site.
• Analyse field feedback, report recurring issues and contribute to technical improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, customers and field teams to meet deadlines, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Produce clear technical intervention reports after each mission.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Networking, IT, Electronics or a related technical field.
• Early‑career experience gained through internships, apprenticeships or entry‑level technical roles in telecom or IT infrastructure.
• Proactive attitude, curiosity for technology and willingness to travel frequently.
