As a Travel Intelligence Specialist you will work remotely, acting as a destination expert and trusted advisor who uncovers, vets, and designs extraordinary itineraries for high‑end members.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage fully customized travel itineraries for luxury members.
• Conduct deep research on emerging destinations, premium properties, and unique on‑the‑ground experiences.
• Coordinate bookings—including hotels, transportation, activities, and special requests—with global suppliers.
• Provide personalized client service throughout the planning, execution, and post‑trip debrief phases.
• Maintain accurate trip records in the company’s CRM system.
• Stay current on luxury travel trends, new destinations, and partner offerings to deliver insightful recommendations.
