Guest Experience Specialist (Fixed-term contract)

About the role

As a Guest Experience Specialist you will assist in day‑to‑day operations of the base, ensuring an outstanding experience for guests and flight crews from reservation through arrival and departure, including manual handling.

Key responsibilities

• Make and process guest reservations via Signet and monitor Outlook and Signet inboxes.
• Facilitate departing and arriving flights, coordinating with Guest Experience stakeholders.
• Ensure all touch points deliver exceptional service in line with the Signature Service Program.

Required profile

• Minimum age 18, pass background, drug, and airport security checks, hold a full EU driving licence and right to work in France.
• Proven experience in aviation services or hospitality, strong interpersonal skills, adaptable and reliable under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in French and English.
