TikTok Shop Home and Living Key Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially‑driven Key Account Manager to acquire and grow the most important Home and Living brands on TikTok Shop across France and the EU. This senior individual‑contributor role combines new‑account acquisition with long‑term partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Own the acquisition pipeline for priority Home & Living brands, prospecting, pitching and signing strategic accounts that drive category GMV.
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial closings, from outreach through term‑sheet, onboarding and the first 90 days of activation.
• Engage C‑suite, VP and Director‑level stakeholders, positioning TikTok Shop as a must‑win channel.
• Navigate complex, multi‑market brand organisations, aligning local teams, EU headquarters and regional commercial leads.
• Develop tailored acquisition pitches, including category analysis, opportunity sizing and joint business plans.
• Partner with category, campaign, creator, operations, logistics, product and policy teams to remove friction and accelerate time‑to‑first‑sale.
• Drive participation in major commercial moments such as product launches, seasonal campaigns and tent‑pole shopping events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior B2B sales or key‑account management within e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong track record of closing high‑value deals with C‑suite executives.
• Ability to operate across multiple European markets and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long‑term partnership growth.
