About the role
The Technico‑Commercial Bâtiment will act as the company's ambassador in the Marne department, driving commercial development and managing a portfolio of building‑sector professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within the building sector.
- Retain and nurture existing client relationships.
- Animate and grow the assigned client portfolio.
- Present products and services, negotiate contracts and follow up orders.
- Monitor market trends and report activity to management.
Required profile
- Experience in sales or commercial roles targeting building professionals.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the Marne department.
