About the role

Crusta C is looking for a Maintenance Technician (F/H) on a permanent contract to join its Arras production site located in Bailleul‑Sir‑Berthoult. The position starts as soon as possible, works 35 hours per week on a 3 × 8 shift schedule, and offers a competitive monthly gross salary.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Ensure equipment availability and compliance with food‑safety standards.
• Work according to the 3 × 8 shift plan.
• Use Microsoft Office and the company ERP (GMAO) for maintenance planning and reporting.

Required profile

• BAC to BAC+2 qualification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrotechnics or Electromechanics.
• 1‑2 years of successful experience in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to work on the shop floor and handle field tasks.
• Proficiency with Office suite and an ERP (GMAO) system.
