Technical Training & Competency Expert

About the role

The Technical Training & Competency Expert will manage and continuously improve the global training process for DATA4. This role acts as the project manager for the end‑to‑end training lifecycle, coordinating planning, delivery, tracking, escalation and reporting, and serves as the primary interface with HR for onboarding and training matters.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain global training policies, frameworks and KPIs aligned with business objectives.
• Own the training process, documentation and improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance and quality across all units.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR to schedule, deliver and track training programs and onboarding for new joiners.
• Monitor training effectiveness, produce reports and dashboards, and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance data.
• Manage training budgets, allocate resources and lead continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in project or process management within large, multi‑stakeholder organisations.
• Proven ability to manage global processes or programs across multiple countries.
• Fluent English and strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Degree in Business Administration, Management or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Project management methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent).
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tools such as Jira Service Management and Moodle.
• Ability to configure and use training tracking tools to monitor completion and generate KPIs.
