Deputy Director of Grande École Program – Assistant/Associate Professor

About the role

Audencia is seeking a faculty member to serve as Deputy Director of the Grande École Program / Master in Management on the Paris‑Saint‑Ouen campus. The role combines academic duties with strategic management of one of the school’s flagship programs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee curricula and student matters on the Paris‑Saint‑Ouen campus.
• Manage international partnerships, exchange semesters, double degrees, and dual competencies across all campuses.
• Monitor course evaluations, accreditation requirements, and Assurance of Learning processes.
• Represent the program to preparatory classes, partners, and institutions through visits, presentations, and events.
• Contribute to budget planning, accreditation, ranking, and quality assurance activities.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) with publications in high‑impact, peer‑reviewed international journals.
• Experience or strong motivation to manage academic programs or departments.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with external partners.
• Proficiency in French (mandatory) and ability to teach in English.
