Technical Support Officer (Front‑end & iOS)

About the role

Toollive is seeking a Technical Support Officer to help deploy its digital platform for maintenance tools in the aeronautics sector. You will work in an agile, innovative environment, supporting service providers and contributing to the development of front‑end web and hybrid iOS applications that digitise factory processes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customers’ tool data, identify preventive maintenance families and certification periodicities.
• Audit and map service‑provider workflows against Toollive’s ERP functionalities.
• Assist service providers in adapting their processes for integration with the Toollive platform.
• Validate test cases and ensure quality of delivered digital services.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop and maintain front‑end web and iOS hybrid applications.

Required profile

• Strong passion for technology and hands‑on development experience.
• Formal training in software development with a focus on web and mobile technologies.
• Demonstrated technical rigor, autonomy and the ability to tackle complex challenges in a small international company.

Required skills

• iOS and Apple development technologies (mandatory).
• Angular 11 or higher.
• TypeScript and RxJS.
• CSS / LESS.
• RESTful API integration.
• Webpack (preferred).
• Cumulocity IoT platform (preferred).
