Technical Success Manager - High Touch

About the role

Youtrust, a European digital trust platform founded in 2013, is hiring a Technical Success Manager within its Customer Solutions team (Paris, hybrid). The team of eight covers high-touch and low-touch customers across France, Italy and DACH. You will own a portfolio of the largest customers (above 1000 MRR) and act as their technical advisor, helping them get more value from the platform and preventing churn.

Key responsibilities

• Identify key accounts, build an account plan with the Account Manager and protect renewals.
• Act as the single point of contact for technical questions, understanding use cases, tech stack and business, and recommending the right setup and integrations.
• Spot new use cases and pass cross-sell and upsell opportunities to the Account Manager or Sales.
• Run business reviews with key accounts to show value and agree next steps.
• Track usage and account health, act early on warning signs and lead negotiations when a customer downgrades or leaves.
• Share technical feedback and recurring issues with Product and Support.

Required profile

• Experience managing mid-market and enterprise B2B SaaS accounts in Customer Success or Account Management, with retention targets met.
• Negotiated downgrades or churn requests and kept revenue.
• Knows REST APIs, webhooks and authentication well enough to talk to a customer's tech team.
• Can build account plans and run business reviews with decision-makers.
• Uses data, CRM or CS tools and AI tools in daily work.
• Native French (C2), fluent English (C1); Spanish (B1) is a plus.

• Salary of 63,000 to 82,000 euros per year (base 54,000 to 66,000 euros plus variable).
