Technical Domain Manager (M/F) - IT Infrastructure

About the role

TotalEnergies Global Information Technology Services (TGITS), the Group's shared IT services centre, has a Secure & Agile Foundation (SAF) team of seven members based in Paris, Pau and Grenoble. The SAF ensures the reliability, performance and security of the services and products hosting the Group's most sensitive data. This permanent position in Pau involves managing the technical domain of the SAF infrastructure, which runs almost independently from the Group's information system.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the operational availability and security of the environments managed by the SAF team.
• Integrate and operate technical solutions (networking, security, virtualization, storage, databases, etc.) following the "you build it, you run it" principle.
• Develop new SAF solutions and products.
• Manage technology refresh cycles and implement customer-facing evolutions with a product-oriented approach.
• Provide advanced incident support to users.
• Ensure service continuity and implement disaster recovery and backup plans (DRP).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
• Take part in the remediation of security vulnerabilities.
• Optionally join the on-call rotation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+2) with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role, or a Master's degree (engineering school or university) with significant initial professional experience.
• Solid understanding of information systems (Windows, Linux, security, firewalls, databases, storage, networking, etc.).
• Comfortable working in English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in a Cyber Operations (RUN) environment is an advantage.
