Tech User Experience Designer

About the role

The Tech User Experience Designer will shape the digital experience of Tiffany & Co.'s client development platforms, internal systems, and mobile applications. Reporting to the IT Senior Director Client Development & Americas, you will translate user‑centric strategies into high‑impact designs that align with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a user‑centric UX strategy across digital and retail touchpoints.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, Retail and product teams to align UX initiatives with business objectives.
• Create high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs for stakeholder review.
• Lead UX workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions to drive co‑creation.
• Conduct qualitative research, usability studies, A/B testing and user interviews to inform design decisions.
• Present UX strategies, research findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Maintain and expand the Digital Design System and style guides for new platforms.
• Ensure compliance with Tiffany’s brand identity and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in UX design, product design or digital strategy.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor UX/UI designers in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of user‑centered design, UX research methodologies and design thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for luxury brands, digital innovation and delivering world‑class customer experiences.
• Experience working in Agile teams, balancing strategy with hands‑on execution.
