Tech Recruiter (6-month FTC)

About the role

We are seeking a Tech Recruiter on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to support a fast‑growing, fully remote organization. Based in France, you will partner with hiring managers across Product, Engineering and Design to attract top talent and help build high‑performing, globally distributed teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, focusing on Product, Engineering and Design roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to define hiring strategies and workforce needs.
• Maintain high‑volume pipelines, screen candidates, and deliver quality shortlists while meeting diversity objectives.
• Track, analyse and report hiring metrics to drive data‑driven decisions and reduce time‑to‑hire.
• Work with Talent Sourcers to build pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles and continuously improve recruitment workflows.
• Act as an ambassador of the company’s remote‑first culture and values throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle tech recruitment within a fast‑paced startup or scale‑up.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for Engineering, Product and/or Design at scale.
• Ability to handle high‑volume hiring while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong organisational skills.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion and fair hiring practices.

Required skills

• Experience with modern ATS and recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime or BrightHire.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled recruitment solutions.
• Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to engage engineering stakeholders.
