Tax Specialist (Referent) – Regional Aircraft

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Specialist (Referent) to join the Finance Directorate of ATR, a leading regional aircraft manufacturer. The professional will work within a small team of four, supporting the company’s tax compliance and strategy across French and international jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate tax returns (VAT, DAS2, CET, tax credits, Pillar 2, etc.).
• Validate tax data extracted from SAP and drive continuous process improvement.
• Research French and international tax issues, including permanent establishments, withholding taxes and VAT.
• Support transfer‑pricing documentation and related compliance obligations.
• Draft and secure tax clauses in commercial contracts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate tax risks for operational teams.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Liaise with Group subsidiaries, internal functions and external advisors.

Required profile

• Degree in tax law or accounting with a focus on operational tax.
• 3‑5 years of experience in tax, either in a firm or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of French tax rules and international taxation.
• Fluent in English and French; Italian is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (or equivalent ERP system).
• Microsoft Office suite.
