Tax Manager

About the role

Stellantis is expanding its French Tax Team and seeks a Tax Manager to lead all French and international tax matters for its entities. Reporting to the Head of Tax for France, you will work closely with the group tax team to implement the Group’s tax strategy in France.

Key responsibilities

• Autonomous management of all taxes for French entities.
• Provide tax expertise, advice, and analysis for French operations both domestically and internationally.
• Participate in restructuring, acquisitions, disposals, and partnership projects.
• Advise operational and accounting teams on French tax issues.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, assist in account preparation, and review tax returns.
• Prepare tax forecasts and contribute to the Group’s tax results, managing the tax reporting tool.
• Analyze current and deferred tax liabilities together with consolidation teams.
• Serve as the primary contact for auditors during account closing.
• Monitor tax developments, draft informational notes, and lead internal training for accounting teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree specializing in taxation.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a law firm, accounting firm, or international company.
• Proven ability to handle complex tax issues and understand deferred tax mechanisms.
• Rigorous, autonomous, proactive with strong analytical and writing skills.
• Curious, collaborative, and eager to grow in an international environment.
