Talent Intelligence Associate – Full‑Time

About the role

Dedale is building a Talent Intelligence practice from the ground up and is looking for a driven professional to join as one of the first team members. Reporting to the Head of Talent Intelligence, you will work closely with private‑equity partners and fund managing directors to design and execute executive search mandates.

Key responsibilities

• Lead senior‑level search mandates, translating sponsor briefs into structured search strategies and defining ideal candidate profiles.
• Own the research backbone, building target landscapes and coordinating with the Expert Data Excellence team to refine long‑lists.
• Screen and assess candidates, presenting curated shortlists with clear rationales to senior stakeholders.
• Manage sponsor communications, delivering progress updates, candidate slates and facilitating feedback loops.
• Contribute to practice building by designing methodology, documenting processes and shaping the people‑intelligence data layer.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in executive search, talent intelligence or advisory sourcing.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and board‑level candidates professionally.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end search projects, from profile definition to candidate presentation.
• Strong research and analytical instincts with the capacity to map markets and synthesize information.
• Comfort operating in early‑stage environments and contributing to process development.
• Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
