Supply Officer - Active Principles Plant, Gaillac

About the role

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global pharma and dermo-cosmetics group, is looking for a Supply Officer for its active-principles manufacturing plant in Gaillac (Tarn). The post covers procurement of raw materials, management of key suppliers and optimisation of logistics performance. It is a permanent position (CDI).

Key responsibilities

• Analyse needs, place and follow orders, manage stock levels, anticipate re-checks and expirations.
• Monitor supplier KPIs (OTIF, lead time), propose action plans and take part in strategic supplier meetings.
• Maintain data in SAP (lead times, safety stock, etc.).
• Take part in supplier audits, improvement projects and the rollout of tracking tools.
• Work with Planning, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse and Quality to secure supplies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+5, engineering or business school) or Bac+3/5 in logistics (e.g. ISLI, Kedge).
• Experience in procurement or purchasing in an industrial sector (pharma, cosmetics, food).
• Professional English required.
• Leadership, rigour, adaptability and analytical ability.
• A plus: knowledge of ISO, GMP and NQA standards and industrial hygiene and safety rules.
