Supply Coordinator (F/M)

About the role

Orbia is hiring a Supply Coordinator for its new supply chain organisation covering Western Europe (France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands). You will join a team of six people and liaise with internal departments, factories, suppliers and transporters, both in France and abroad. The position is based in Meyreuil, near Gardanne.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the database in SAP
• Carry out regular stock analyses in SAP
• Manage a supplier portfolio
• Purchase: create and track orders, validate prices and lead times
• Manage deliveries and report on them (for example average delivery times)
• Take part in continuous improvement processes

Required profile

• Fluent French
• High-level professional English, used throughout the day internally and externally
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of international trade, its flows and practices
• Customer focus, organised and systematic, able to work independently and make quick decisions
• Flexible working days and hours

Required skills

• SAP (MM and PUR modules)
• Advanced Excel

• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 5:15 pm (5 pm on Fridays)
