About the role
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Supply Chain & Quality Manager – Industrial Equipment & Systems (f/m) to join its team in Toulouse, France. The role manages the performance of a supplier portfolio covering Avionics, Communication, Navigation and Surveillance systems, acting as a supplier ambassador to ensure on‑time and on‑quality deliveries to Airbus plants, final assembly lines and airline customers.
Key responsibilities
- Select and engage suppliers, evaluating design, industrial and quality change requests.
- Secure supplier approvals and conduct control reviews in compliance with airworthiness authority rules.
- Drive supplier industrial maturity and risk anticipation using APQP methodology and Quality Walls.
- Support suppliers during new product introductions (A350F, A321XLR) and transfer of work packages.
- Assist internal, external and EASA regulatory audit activities.
Required profile
- Engineering, Manufacturing or Master’s degree in Purchasing & Supply Chain (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in Supply Chain & Quality, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and core Supply Chain principles (APICS or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and French with willingness to travel regularly for business.
