Strategy Analyst - CEO Office

About the role

Devoteam, a premium consultancy delivering digital business and transformation services in Cloud, Data, Cyber and AI, is hiring a Strategy Analyst for its CEO Office in Levallois-Perret. Working closely with the Group's general management and all its entities, the CEO office team helps develop and execute the Group strategy and steers governance bodies such as the Steering Committee and Executive Committee. As a Senior Group Strategy Analyst, you will deploy the 4-year Strategic Plan and work daily with Country Managers and Business Unit Directors across 25+ countries.

Key responsibilities

• Support General Management in planning and coordinating the internal governance cadence aligned with the 4-year Strategic Plan
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify expansion opportunities and shape new service offerings
• Gather and model data to guide executive decisions on growth, new ventures and strategic partnerships
• Liaise with Group teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, M&A) across regions to align on business development initiatives
• Lead workshops and brainstorming sessions with general management on new strategic initiatives

Required profile

• MSc in Business, Economics or Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate finance or M&A
• Strong business acumen and ability to work with senior stakeholders
• Experience leading strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory; a third language is a plus

Required skills

• Quantitative and modelling skills, data analysis and forecasting
• Proficiency in MS Office or G Suite
• Hands-on experience integrating GenAI tools into daily workflows
