Junior Consolidation Analyst - Group Finance

About the role

The Group Finance department of Forvis Mazars is looking for a Junior Consolidation & Finance System Analyst to support the production of the Group's consolidated financial statements, provide financial systems support to countries and contribute to the digital transformation of the finance function. The position is based in Levallois-Perret and reports to the Group Accounting and Consolidation Director.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidation analyst: ensure proper application of the Group's accounting rules and standards, and participate in preparing consolidated financial statements and related notes under IFRS.
• Support training of countries on new IFRS standards, documentation and process optimisation.
• Support new users of the Amelkis consolidation tool (EPM, Lease, Interco) with installation and training.
• Assist countries with special operations such as integrating new firms in France and abroad, business combinations and restructurings.
• Finance system analyst: take part in implementing the Group accounting tool (NetSuite).
• Contribute to automating reporting processes, identify and implement digitalisation and AI solutions for finance processes, and improve Group processes continuously.

Required profile

• Business school or university degree (Master's level) focused on finance or accounting (DCG/DSCG).
• First experience in a finance department, including internships and apprenticeships, with proven exposure to consolidation activities in a company or consulting firm.
• Fluent English required; another language is a plus.

Required skills

• Prior knowledge of consolidation principles (French GAAP and IFRS) and main consolidation tools (SAP BFC, Oracle HFM, Amelkis EPM).
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigor and method.
• Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, adapt quickly, communicate effectively and propose solutions.
