Staff Mobile Engineer – React Native

About the role

Doctolib is looking for a Staff Mobile Engineer with deep expertise in React Native to help transform its mobile app into a health companion powered by AI. You will work within the Patient domain, collaborating with product, design, and business teams to deliver high‑quality, user‑focused features.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve mobile architecture patterns and technical standards for the patient domain.
• Drive technical excellence across mobile development, ensuring high code quality and best practices.
• Contribute to the mobile roadmap and guide architectural decisions.
• Mentor and support mobile engineers in building robust, scalable solutions.
• Lead by example in developing features that improve user experience and app performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building high‑usage mobile applications, preferably B2C.
• Strong product orientation and ability to balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and ability to guide teams through complex challenges.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Bonus: experience in healthcare or regulated industries, open‑source contributions, or native iOS/Android development.
