Software Engineer – Full-Stack (AI & Health)

About the role

Alan Precision is looking for a full‑stack software engineer to help build the AI‑driven health platform that guides members toward personalized preventive actions. You will work across the entire product surface, from data ingestion to the mobile experience, in a fast‑moving, startup‑like crew inside a European unicorn.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the AI layer that analyses biology, wearables, medical history and lifestyle data to generate personalized health insights.
• Develop robust data pipelines and integrations with laboratory partners, wearable APIs, and document‑understanding services.
• Build and ship the React Native mobile application, creating an engaging daily health experience for members.
• Model a coherent, person‑centric health data schema that supports downstream features.
• Iterate on AI feedback loops to continuously improve recommendation accuracy.

Required profile

• Full‑stack generalist comfortable working on both backend data services and frontend mobile applications.
• Strong interest in health tech and AI‑enabled preventive care.
• Ability to thrive in an autonomous, high‑velocity environment with radical transparency.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a bias toward shipping functional products.

Required skills
