Social Media Manager

About the role

Relay is seeking experienced freelance Social Media Managers to support its diverse client base. Working remotely, you will partner directly with clients to design, execute, and refine social media strategies that align with their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain content calendars for multiple platforms.
• Write, edit, and adapt copy for each channel, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate visual assets and, when needed, create basic design or video elements.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with clients and Relay’s team to align social initiatives with overall marketing objectives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong background in content strategy and persuasive copywriting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to represent client brands online.
• Experience interpreting analytics to drive data‑informed decisions.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to shifting priorities.
