Social Media & Community Manager

About the role

Hivenet is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to build and run its community and ambassador programs. Working closely with the Product Marketing Manager, you will own day‑to‑day operations, keep programs moving, coordinate contributors, and report on performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an authentic presence in the online communities where Hivenet’s buyers and users gather, focusing on engagement rather than broadcast.
• Coordinate the ambassador program: onboard contributors, keep them active, track their output, and highlight high‑impact items.
• Measure and report key metrics such as mentions, engagement, sign‑ups, and ambassador activity.
• Organise logistics for AMAs, Q&A sessions, and cohort milestones, ensuring thorough preparation.
• Collaborate with the PMM to apply content briefs, knowing when to act independently and when to seek input.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Reddit and a deep understanding of how online communities function.
• Comfort managing operational programs with multiple moving parts.
• Clear, accurate written communication that stays on‑brand without being stiff.
• Good judgment for escalation decisions and patience for long‑term community growth.
