Site Project Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Site Project Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations on flagship data‑centre projects. The role is based in Paris and involves ensuring safe, on‑schedule delivery of mission‑critical fit‑out works.
Key responsibilities
- Lead daily site operations and keep CSA interiors moving safely and on schedule.
- Coordinate subcontractors, conduct toolbox talks and manage multiple trades.
- Track progress using Autodesk Construction Cloud and update project stakeholders.
- Resolve issues quickly in collaboration with project managers and on‑site crews.
- Maintain strong EHS and QA/QC standards throughout the construction phase.
Required profile
- Proven site management or fit‑out experience.
- Background in data‑centre or mission‑critical environments preferred.
- Strong awareness of EHS and QA/QC processes.
- Confident coordination of multiple subcontractors.
- Fluent English communication skills.
Required skills
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) proficiency.
