Project Leader Building & Construction

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Project Leader Building & Construction (f/m) to join the Facility Management & Real Estate (FMRE) team in Toulouse, France. You will lead strategic and medium‑term projects shaping the footprint of the Grand Saint Martin and Blagnac sites.

Key responsibilities

• Support FMRE in shaping development and business‑critical decisions.
• Drive processes through innovation excellence and best‑practice sharing.
• Enhance internal relationships between FMRE service lines within a matrix organization.
• Represent FMRE management in internal and external forums while promoting digital solutions.
• Establish and develop close relationships with worldwide FMRE teams and key internal business partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Background in Civil Engineering required.
• Solid project‑management references (PMI certification a plus).
• Ability to collaborate across trans‑divisional and trans‑national teams and interface with external stakeholders such as local authorities and French regulatory bodies.
• Strong customer‑orientation and proven supplier & customer relationship management skills.
• Proficient oral and written communication in both English and French.
