Silhouette Trainer – Ready-to-Wear & Shoes

About the role

As a member of the International Retail Learning team, you will design, deliver and track learning initiatives for Ready‑to‑Wear and Shoes collections across women’s and men’s lines. Based in Paris, you will work closely with regional learning teams, HQ product and merchandising groups, and the worldwide retail network to strengthen product knowledge, styling expertise and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and deliver blended learning programs covering new launches, seasonal collections, capsules and permanent lines.
• Create engaging training materials that translate silhouette and product knowledge into clear, actionable content.
• Facilitate face‑to‑face and remote training sessions for store teams and regional learning communities.
• Coordinate training preparation, administration and follow‑up to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor rollout, analyse impact and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Partner with HQ product development, merchandising and regional learning teams to develop and assess training programs.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent higher‑education background.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury retail, training, product development or collection merchandising.
• Proven ability to convey product and silhouette knowledge to retail audiences.
