Senior Traveling Butler

About the role

AHS, a prestigious real estate company, is looking for an exceptional Traveling/House Butler to join its elite team. You will provide outstanding personal service to high-profile clients while traveling domestically and internationally, from managing travel logistics to delivering personalized, seamless and luxurious service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations and transportation.
• Anticipate client needs before, during and after travel and provide personalized assistance.
• Ensure travel arrangements are executed flawlessly, with attention to detail and client preferences.
• Provide butler service including meal preparation, dining arrangements and personal shopping.
• Assist with wardrobe management, packing, unpacking and garment care.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reservations and correspondence.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries professionally.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion, and uphold a high standard of presentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Butler or Traveling Butler serving ultra-luxury or high-profile clients (private principals, VIP households, premium hospitality guests).
• Direct experience supporting high-profile principals or acting as main point of contact for demanding clients (VIP households, executive principals, private family offices).
• Ability to travel frequently, including internationally, and adapt to varying schedules.
• Valid passport and clean driving license.
• Flexibility for weekends, holidays, on-call last-minute travel changes and overnight availability.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
