Senior SEO Content Strategist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SEO Content Strategist to lead organic growth for a fast‑growing fintech and cryptocurrency platform. Based in France, you will own the end‑to‑end SEO strategy, turning complex financial topics into high‑performing content that drives qualified traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a comprehensive organic growth roadmap, including keyword research, competitive analysis, and performance targets.
• Implement technical SEO improvements such as site architecture, crawlability, page‑speed, schema markup, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, product, marketing, communications, and compliance teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in new product launches.
• Manage SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) to surface opportunities and produce actionable insights.
• Create and optimise content for blogs, landing pages, and educational resources, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct content audits to refresh and consolidate existing assets for better performance.
• Lead digital PR initiatives, using research‑driven campaigns and outreach platforms (HARO, Qwoted) to earn high‑authority backlinks.
• Monitor backlink profile, domain authority, and earned media impact to continuously refine strategy.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of combined SEO and content marketing experience, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or other regulated financial services.
• Proven track record of increasing organic traffic, improving rankings, and driving conversions through strategic SEO execution.
