Senior Project Manager - Transport Programs

About the role

Arrive, a global mobility platform present in over 90 countries and 20,000 cities, is looking for an ambitious, execution-driven Senior Project Manager to take full ownership of program delivery within its Paris office. The role bridges high-level strategy and day-to-day execution, setting benchmark project standards, enforcing change control, protecting commercial baselines and exceeding customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Build, baseline and defend full Project Management Plans covering execution rationale, resource allocation, procurement and risk protocols.
• Own the master schedule, track critical paths and control performance across time, cost, quality and operational impact.
• Manage change requests, maintain the Change Register and protect baselines from scope creep.
• Enforce phase-gate governance across the project lifecycle.
• Treat the business case as a living document and forecast, track and manage capital and operational expenditures.
• Partner with Commercial teams on contract terms, claims control and baseline management.
• Own the RAID log, quantify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Secure and deploy the human and material resources needed for delivery.
• Build credibility with senior executives, external partners and public transit authorities through structured communication plans.

Required profile

• Track record leading complex, high-stakes projects in Transport, Mobility or Software.
• Fluency in formal project methodologies (APM, PRINCE2, Agile or PMI) and experience with phase-gate governance.
• Strong P&L tracking, contract management, cost forecasting and baseline change control.
• Experience managing customer-facing deliverables where delays carry reputational and commercial risk.
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication, able to present data to C-suite leadership.
