Senior Project Manager

About the role

Envision Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of renewable energy projects across Europe. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing large‑scale wind and grid‑scale battery energy storage system (BESS) initiatives while ensuring alignment with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for European renewable energy projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress and report status to senior management on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Envision Energy standards.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project documentation and facilitate decision‑making meetings.
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience managing renewable energy projects in Europe, especially wind and grid‑scale BESS.
• Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally as required.
