About the role

Own a real slice of the self‑serve product experience for SMB e‑commerce customers, shaping the roadmap from idea to shipped feature and driving growth and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own a real slice of the self‑serve product, building and executing the roadmap that solves user problems.
• Define the problem before the solution, partnering with design and engineering to ship effortless experiences.
• Turn AI capabilities into products people want by collaborating with researchers and engineers.
• Stay close to the user by talking to e‑commerce sellers weekly and feeding insights into roadmap decisions.
• Use data to decide, pulling and interpreting metrics yourself to form hypotheses and guide next steps.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a product manager with multiple launches you can detail, including user problem, ownership, and outcomes.
• Experience building B2B SaaS for self‑serve customers, understanding growth, retention, and pricing mechanics.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude for prototyping, testing, or automation.
• Strong product taste with demonstrable decisions on details and willingness to iterate.
• Ability to create clarity from ambiguity, structuring fuzzy problems and taking action.
• Data‑fluent, pulling and challenging data to form independent points of view.
• Thrives in small, autonomous teams and can ship without direct management.
