Senior Performance Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Performance Manager to help our clients turn WhatsApp into a measurable growth channel. Working remotely, you will partner with agencies and enterprise customers to design data‑driven strategies that boost acquisition, engagement, retention and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with agencies, Meta, product, customer‑success and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end WhatsApp solutions.
• Analyse campaign performance, customer journeys and business data to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Develop and present data‑driven recommendations and scalable growth strategies tailored to different industries.
• Build performance measurement frameworks that link marketing activities to real business outcomes and ROI.
• Define KPIs, attribution models, experimentation roadmaps and success metrics for clients.
• Lead strategic performance reviews and executive business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Identify new use‑cases, automation, integrations and product capabilities to expand client adoption.

Required profile

• Deep domain expertise in performance marketing, growth analytics and WhatsApp business solutions.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable strategies and processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑driven decision‑making approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ownership mentality – responsible for end‑to‑end project delivery.
