Senior People Business Partner – North Africa (Casablanca)

About the role

Glovo is looking for a Senior People Business Partner to support its operations across Morocco and Tunisia, based in Casablanca. You will act as the primary HR advisor to General Managers and local leadership, driving performance, talent retention, and workforce planning in a fast‑growing tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with GMs and local management teams in Morocco and Tunisia to influence performance and talent decisions.
• Resolve complex HR issues autonomously and provide data‑backed recommendations.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring structured processes and reporting excellence.
• Manage and mentor two direct reports – Office Managers in Tunisia and Morocco.
• Maintain compliance with Moroccan and Tunisian labor laws.
• Leverage HRIS, ATS and people analytics to track metrics and drive business efficiency.
• Collaborate with global Centers of Excellence to implement initiatives locally.
• Identify, develop and retain top‑tier talent, fostering a high‑performance culture aligned with Glovo’s values.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a full HR Generalist or Business Partner role.
• Native‑level Arabic and French, professional English proficiency.
• Ability to travel to Tunisia at least once per month.
• Prior people‑management experience is a plus.
• Background in a multinational, high‑growth tech environment.
• Deep understanding of Moroccan and Tunisian labor legislation.

Required skills

• Strong exposure to HRIS platforms.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in HR reporting and analytics.
• Ability to use people‑analytics tools for insight generation.
