Senior Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Vizzia, a fast‑growing hardware scale‑up, is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator to own the end‑to‑end flow of equipment that keeps local authorities’ streets clean and safe. You will be the operational hub linking field teams, our third‑party logistics partner and clients, ensuring that stock moves reliably as the company scales to 450 authorities by 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Spend time on‑site at the logistics warehouse to map stock organization and identify gaps.
• Join field technicians on deployments to observe logistics needs first‑hand.
• Meet carriers, understand their processes and negotiate shipment instructions.
• Coordinate outbound dispatches, track deliveries end‑to‑end and handle exceptions.
• Maintain and structure stock across multiple locations, run regular inventories and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure traceability of all movements, including regulatory‑sensitive items such as lithium‑ion batteries.
• Manage returns and reverse‑logistics, tracking equipment back to the hardware team and updating status in Airtable.

Required profile

• Hands‑on mindset with a willingness to work in warehouses and on field sites.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to build repeatable processes.
• Experience in hardware or field‑service logistics at scale.
• Comfort with fast‑changing environments and last‑minute adjustments.
