Senior Information Security Analyst I - IAM Specialist

About the role

74Software's Global IT Team is looking for an IAM Specialist to support its infrastructure security and operations within the Cybersecurity Solutions Group. The role covers the operations of the identity lifecycle and auditing, helping define workflows that support access to infrastructure and services. It is based in Paris with a hybrid model, preferably at least two days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Follow IAM policies and procedures, collaborating with corporate teams and providing end-user support for access to systems, applications and data
• Support the enrollment of new apps and enable Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Monitor compliance with policies, regulations and customer requirements, and perform IAM system assessments and audits as directed
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions, and update processes and procedures as needed
• Lead IAM-related projects within the planned schedule and budget
• Monitor and respond to identity-based threats using Defender for Identity and Microsoft 365 Defender signals
• Support AWS, M365, Entra ID and other IAM functions, including provisioning users, groups and role-based access
• Collaborate with CSG management and IT teams to support the IT security mission

Required profile

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience administering Entra ID (users, groups, SSO and roles) and deploying an IAM solution
• Experience securing service accounts and AI/automation accounts (bots, agents, Copilot scenarios)
• Ability to work with diverse technical and non-technical teams and communicate clearly with internal and external customers

Required skills

• Identity and access management concepts: SSO, role-based access control, identity federation
• Authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, Kerberos
• Tools: Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID
• Networking basics: firewalls, VPNs, DNS
• Scripting (PowerShell, Python)
