Senior Services Consultant III - Digital Engagement Solutions

About the role

SBS is hiring a Senior Services Consultant III in Courbevoie within its Digital Engagement (DE) Global Business Unit, which develops, commercializes and operates digital and open banking solutions. As part of the Professional Services team, you will help configure and deploy digital solutions for customers using the company's R&D components, within a SaaS/cloud ecosystem with third-party partners.

Key responsibilities

• Build expertise in implementing and configuring Digital Engagement solutions for clients, working closely with the SBS R&D teams
• Propose improvements to solution features in collaboration with R&D
• Advise customers functionally during deployment, matching their needs to current and roadmap product features
• Prepare and lead customer workshops on needs, scope and configuration
• Guide customers and partners through integration projects (sequence diagrams, mappings, API documentation)
• Help create the customer test strategy and support UAT, reporting complex issues to R&D
• Coach colleagues and share mobile expertise, building demos and procedures

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles such as Business Analyst or Product Owner, preferably at a leading mobile solution provider
• Experience driving digital change for industry leaders, ideally in banking and the MEA region
• Autonomous, proactive and able to work with stakeholders at many levels in a multicultural environment
• Customer-focused and open to business trips
• Fluent in English and French

Required skills

• REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, K6) and Agile methods (GitLab, Jira, Confluence)
• Multicloud delivery concepts (API portal, gateway, proxy, Kubernetes)
• Development environments (Git, frontend/backend)
