Senior General Ledger Accountant

About the role

DiaSorin is seeking a Senior General Ledger Accountant to lead its France finance operations. The role involves managing the full spectrum of accounting activities, from investments and payroll to bank relationships and audit coordination, while supporting senior leadership across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting functions in France, including investments, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Maintain relationships with banks and external vendors, ensuring smooth payment processing and cash management.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead monthly closing activities, prepare payment proposals, and produce accurate financial statements.
• Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Service Manager, Sales Manager, Customer Service, and Marketing Manager to provide timely financial insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance operations in a French environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP compliance and audit processes.
• Ability to analyze financial data and present clear, timely reports.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
