Senior Director, Finance Lead

About the role

As a senior leader in Anaplan’s Finance Center of Excellence, you will guide customers through the adoption of Anaplan’s Finance Applications and Intelligence platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, combining deep finance expertise with consultative selling to drive solution adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and GTM Enablement to integrate Finance Workforce Applications into the go‑to‑market motion.
• Create and deliver compelling sales plays, presentations, ROI analyses, and customer stories.
• Develop training materials, evaluation tools, and testing programs to enable partners and internal teams.
• Lead ecosystem enablement initiatives that scale knowledge sharing across the Anaplan community.
• Ensure Finance Applications demos and presentations align with prospect and customer requirements.
• Distill domain expertise into actionable sales messaging and support the broader sales organization.

Required profile

• Extensive finance expertise with a track record of leading finance transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and building strong customer relationships.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering complex concepts clearly.
• Strong collaboration abilities across product, sales, and customer success teams.
