Senior Data Architect

About the role

Tata Technologies is looking for a visionary Senior Data Architect to lead the evolution of its enterprise data ecosystem. Based in Toulouse, you will design and build a scalable, domain‑driven data framework that connects complex operational systems with modern analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement a modular, domain‑driven Data Hub using the Medallion Architecture or other cloud‑native patterns.
• Define unified business entities, canonical models, data dictionaries and immutable join keys to create a single source of truth.
• Design secure, robust data ingestion pipelines to migrate fragmented operational data into centralized lakehouses.
• Build semantic layers and curated analytical views that enable self‑service BI tools and user‑facing data‑entry GUIs.
• Establish data governance standards, including master data management, data quality, metadata tracking and security/privacy compliance.

Required profile

• Expertise in modern data lakehouse designs, Delta Lake and enterprise‑grade architecture patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with the Skywise platform (Palantir‑powered) for large‑scale industrial datasets.
• Deep knowledge of master data management, data quality frameworks, metadata management and data security/privacy.
• Valid TOGAF certification with proven application in complex technical environments.
