Senior Customer Success Manager (France)

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding and adoption for its strategic French customers. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience and driving long‑term loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across large enterprise accounts.
• Lead complex onboarding projects, acting as project manager for multi‑month transitions.
• Deliver tailored product education and change‑management support to HR teams and employees.
• Monitor adoption metrics, identify satisfaction risks, and turn satisfied customers into brand ambassadors.
• Contribute to the CSM playbook and become a subject‑matter expert on Alan’s value proposition.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in B2B customer education.
• Experience evangelising digital solutions and leading transformation initiatives in complex environments.
• Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable adoption plans.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and a customer‑centric mindset.
