Senior Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer to join a fast‑moving product and creative team in France. The role focuses on shaping user experience, brand identity, and marketing impact across digital products through high‑quality visual assets, design systems, and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of design projects for product and marketing initiatives.
• Create and execute promotional campaigns and creative marketing activities.
• Design innovative visual concepts that support strong storytelling for both product and marketing teams.
• Build, maintain, and scale design systems to ensure consistency across digital experiences.
• Develop and update brand guidelines, visual identity systems, and creative standards.
• Produce high‑quality digital assets for social media, presentations, infographics, and other communication channels.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and creative teams to align design execution with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout, and color theory.
• Proven experience creating digital assets for social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and take ownership of design outcomes.
• Experience in product or marketing design environments is a plus; exposure to iGaming or similar fast‑digital industries is an advantage.
