Senior Content & Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Content & Communications Manager to shape and elevate a global communication ecosystem. Based in France and working in a flexible remote environment, you will drive brand, product marketing, editorial, website, and social media messaging to strengthen market positioning and support commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve a multi‑channel content and communication strategy across brand, product marketing, editorial, website, social media, case studies, newsletters, and presentations.
• Develop content roadmaps, set priorities, manage communication calendars, and ensure execution aligns with business objectives.
• Create, edit, and optimize high‑quality communication materials while maintaining a strong brand voice and editorial standards.
• Translate technical product information into clear, compelling narratives that drive commercial value.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, partnerships, design, SEO, and external agencies to ensure alignment across all channels.
• Maintain website messaging quality, support landing‑page improvements, and ensure conversion‑focused communication.
• Oversee PR activities, coordinate social media content, and apply SEO optimization principles.
• Research industry trends, competitor strategies, emerging formats, and AI‑assisted workflows to continuously improve practices.
• Establish organized content operations through tracking systems, reporting structures, and cross‑functional workflows.

Required profile

• Proactive communication leader with strong industry knowledge.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives independently.
• Proven experience in content management, communications, product marketing, or a similar strategic communication role.
