Senior Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Community Manager to design and shape a global ecosystem of interconnected stakeholders. Based in France, you will work at a strategic level to create structures that enable contributors, enterprise clients, partners, and users to interact meaningfully and generate long‑term value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and design the ecosystem architecture, outlining interaction pathways for users, contributors, clients, and partners.
• Develop multi‑stakeholder relationship strategies that build trust and sustained engagement.
• Monitor ecosystem health, identify sentiment shifts, and implement communication plans to address risks.
• Create feedback loops that translate community insights into actionable product and leadership recommendations.
• Establish rituals, recognition programs, and narrative frameworks that reinforce community identity and belonging.
• Support strategic expansion by evaluating new market segments through a community‑centric lens.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve ecosystem resilience, reduce fragmentation, and increase stakeholder retention.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience in community management, ecosystem leadership, or network‑based roles.
• Proven track record with multi‑sided platforms such as marketplaces, SaaS ecosystems, or distributed networks.
• Strong relational intelligence and ability to engage both executive and grassroots audiences.
• Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting engagement, retention, and ecosystem health metrics.
• High emotional intelligence, ownership, and ability to operate independently in complex environments.
